"What shall we eat?"

I opened up my expiring Burpple app, looking through 1-for-1 deals around Esplanade.

"Do you want to try Alter Ego?"

I love the ambiance of the place. There isn't too much of a crowd, and we can enjoy the music from the Baybeats festival nearby. The place doesn't look very local, and you can see the Halloween decorations lingering around.

The food didn't take too long to come, and before we knew it, we were served with our mains. I really, really love the Alter Ego Mega Burger! I love how juicy it is, and the double patty does more than justice. And there are twister fries to go with it?! The flavor reminds me of McDonald's even! So what's not to like? The fries are generous, and the extra juicy burger with bacon just makes it hard for me to stop! I literally gobbled the burger up within minutes.

The Salmon Rice Bowl is not too shabby, although the Alter Ego Mega Burger really set a high benchmark for me. We were considering between Coke or a "Lime & Lemon Twist" and were glad to have picked the latter.

I like how I wasn't particularly bloated despite the huge serving! And I will definitely be back to use up the remaining 1-for-1 deal from Burpple.
