Tainan Art Museum (M1)
I have to cross off M1 after seeing M2 since these are the art spaces that I planned to cover when I’m here.
M1 looks really different compared to M2. Alittle more to the postmodern era, M1 speaks mostly of “olden” arts instead of contemporary ones.
They do also have the same alphabetically labeled galleries like M2. However, what really caught my eyes out of the whole museum was actually the courtyard area.
With a tree that is almost overflowing across the courtyard together with several sitting area for visitors to sit around while basking in the warmth of the sun filtered through the trees. It’s a good spot to be out under the sun, yet it doesn’t get too hot because of the leaves.
