Isaac Toast
Google or Ask anyone for breakfast food and you'll find Isaac Toast familiar. 'Who's Isaac?", you'd ask. But the more important question might actually be "What's Isaac Toast?". We made our way over on day 3 as this is definitely on our list after all the "hype". There are branches all over in Seoul and Busan (as far as I know), so it is actually pretty convenient if you want to give them a try.
Protip: it is off-menu, but you can actually ask them to add hashbrown to your toast!
(also probably the best thing we did)
Most branches are a humble spot located along the streets, the one we came across come with a humble sitting area that doest sit more than 10 in the back. It is also after sitting for a while that we realize most of the locals prefer to just get it and eat on the go whilst walking.
The toast came before we know it and I never thought the salad of the toast would actually be the highlight for me. I love how well the vegetable and the sauce go together and you'll never go wrong with "Bacon/Ham and egg". We also tried out the Bulgalbi MVP and find it delightfully satisfying. It's nice to find a tinge of local flavor amongst this seemingly "western-style" toast bread store.
