Collectors Treasury

Known as the largest bookstore in the Southern Hemisphere, the collector treasury comes with 2 million books and several other goodies.

This is probably a good place to hide from the rainy weather and the cold while you run your fingers along countless book spines.

We weren’t given much time though I was extremely lucky to come across this hidden gem. I love how we have to press the buzzer to be buzzed in. Hence all the mystery and secrecy of a hidden gem! Right?!

It’s a fun experience picking up random books and examining peculiar trinkets that you never think you’ll see.

The owners are extremely friendly and they’ll be more than happy to entertain you if you wish to haggle or snap photos!

Never thought I’ll get a nice shot or two for myself here but I really wish I could linger longer here.
